Ingredients
- 2 - 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, for cooking
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the red pepper jelly, soy sauce and sesame oil in a plastic zipper bag. Add the salmon fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to cook, remove the fish from the marinade. Heat the vegetable oil in a nonstick pan or oil a grill pan. Cook the salmon over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Serve with additional red pepper jelly.
