TikTok Pesto Eggs Recipe: Put This In Your Breakfast Recipe Rotation ASAP Breakfast Went Viral Brunch Farm to Table Recipe Low Sugar Recipes
Pesto is one of my favorite things. And who doesn't love a good fried egg? So you know I was intrigued by the pesto egg recipe that went viral on TikTok. They. Are. Delicious.
The eggs have three simple ingredients: basil pesto (check out the health benefits of pesto), eggs (eggs are loaded with health benefits) and crushed red pepper flakes. Put the basil pesto into a hot pan, then crack the eggs over the pesto. Cook until the eggs are done the way you like them, then sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes (or don't).
You can use store-bought pesto for this egg recipe, but if you have homemade pesto, use it. Fresh is always better. Serve the pesto eggs on toast, English muffins, bagels, hash browns, avocado toast or even on a burger. I'm thinking breakfast for dinner!
