- 1 bag (22 ounces) frozen hash browns
- 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Here’s how to make it:
- Add all the ingredients except 1 cup of shredded cheddar to the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, add the remaining shredded cheddar. Cover and cook for another 20 minutes on low.
