Ingredients

• 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
• 2 tablespoons herbes de provence or Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons olive oil  

Here's how to make it: 

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place the green beans in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well to coat. Transfer all the beans into the air fryer basket. (You may have to do this in batches. You can use avocado oil instead of olive oil.)
2. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs, if desired. Serve immediately. Store in the fridge for meal prep for up to five days.
