Cassiday It's been in the recipe from the start and I wondered if it had to do with the bananas browning but my mom always used the most rotten bananas so that can't be it! It is one of those recipes that everyone asks me to share! Hope you enjoy!

I forgot to say it freezes great Elisa Schmitz, 30Seconds and I just made it with gf 1:1 flour (King Arthur) and no one knew the difference--it was delicious!
