Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
• 1 pound green beans, trimmed
• 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 tablespoon dried sage
• 1 tablespoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Here's how to make it:

1. Preheat griddle to medium. Add 1 tablespoon butter and, once melted, add green beans. Lower griddle lid or cover with melting dome 5 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
2. Add turkey, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 5 more minutes, mixing everything together with spatulas.
3. Add cranberries and remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Cook 2 more minutes and serve warm.
