Yes, it's true, the lack of sleep over time takes its toll. I've tested it on myself. Not long ago I was depressed and didn't know what to do. I read a lot of articles on how to overcome depression on the blog, and read one interesting idea, the body just does not get enough sleep. At that time I really slept very little, literally 3-4 hours a day, as I was very busy with work. And it ruined me, now I set myself a new regime and there was enough time for both work and sleep, and much more.
