The highly anticipated Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta will return to Santa Fe from September 24 to October 1, 2017. The annual affair, celebrating its 27th anniversary this year, will feature master sommeliers and James Beard Award-winning chefs from 100 national wineries and 75 of Santa Fe’s most acclaimed restaurants for five days of guest chef winery luncheons, cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, wine dinners, tastings and luncheons.
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta will culminate with the Grand Tasting at the legendary Santa Fe Opera where all participating restaurants and wineries will serve delectable samples underneath the starry New Mexican sky.
