Dining Out For Life: How You Can Help Reduce the Impact of HIV/AIDS Make a Difference
The Alliance for Positive Health's mission is to reduce the impact and incidence of HIV/AIDS and other serious medical and social conditions. This April 26, 2018, join me and thousands of others by dining out for life! Dining Out For Life is a yearly event that aims to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS and medical conditions alike. Each year hundreds of restaurants donate a portion of proceeds to local agencies who help provide services to those living with HIV/AIDS. Here's how far your money can go:
- $25 pays for 250 condoms
- $65 pays for one HIV test and counseling session
- $500 provides school supplies and clothing for five children
- $1,000 keeps our mobile testing and outreach van on the road for a month
Those who donate online will be entered into a raffle to win two roundtrip JetBlu tickets!
