MLB Across the Pond: Chicago Cubs Will Play the St. Louis Cardinals in London Sports & Recreation Chicago
I have kept my fingers crossed that Major League Baseball (MLB) would choose the Chicago Cubs to play the St. Louis Cardinals in London, England, in 2020. I just heard it is going to happen!
You know, since it is so boring to play in St. Louis, why not play in London instead? (Joke made by Kris Bryant at the 2019 Cubs convention, if you haven’t heard.) I think this a great idea to promote baseball in Europe. It would be great for baseball and to help recruit more baseball fans.
I bet many St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs fans will travel across the sea for this historical game. I personally would love to go with my family, as my brother-in-law is a Cardinals fan. And it would be an amazing adventure to take our children to London and see a Cubs vs. Cardinals game.
