Ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

- Use whatever type of lentil you like, though it may affect cooking time.
- Keep the vegan meat in an airtight container in the fridge.
Here's how to make it:
- Put everything into a slow cooker and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high for about 3 hours. Stir before serving as desired.
