We love tacos, but depending on the ingredients you use, they're not always healthy. Because it's a quick, easy and delicious dinner that everyone loves, I found a way to make taco night healthier. How?
I swap out the ground beef for ground turkey instead, reducing fat and creating a leaner, less greasy meal. The flavor is still there, and once I add in fresh greens, tomatoes, cheese and salsa, with a side of black beans, it's a well balanced dinner that everyone agrees on.
