Ingredients

Pasta

• 2 cups penne pasta, cooked according to package directions

Meatballs

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (or to taste)

Sauce

• 1 tablespoon olive oil 
• 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small firm tomato, grated
• 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (or to taste)
• 1 cup heavy cream

Here's how to make it: 

1. To make the meatballs, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Roll into meatballs and put onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350-degrees F until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
2. To make the sauce, heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomato and seasoned salt. Cook, stirring, about 2 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. 
3. Add the meatballs and pasta to the pan. Mix well. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
