Antipasto is a classic appetizer (first course in Italy) to serve a get-togethers, but sometimes you need something just a little heartier. These baked antipasto squares from Plain Chicken are the answer! They are crescent rolls "stuffed with ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, Swiss and roasted red peppers, then topped with a Parmesan cheese, egg and pesto mixture and baked." So good!
You could add other ingredients to the mix, like pickled peppers, olives or fresh herbs. Serve them as appetizers, for lunch or as a light dinner with a salad.
