Bacon Cheeseburger Dip Recipe: by Food Lion

5 Slices of Food Lion Food Lion Regular Sliced Bacon (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
1 lb. of Food Lion 80% Lean Ground Beef
1 Small Yellow Onion (chopped)
1/2 Tsp. of Garlic Powder
1 (15 oz.) Jar of Food Lion Salsa Con Queso
1/2 Cup of Food Lion Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup of Food Lion Natural Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups of Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
Wavy Potato Chips (for serving)

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to broil. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, stirring occasionally until golden-brown and crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.
Add the beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon, until fully cooked and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess grease. Add the onion and garlic powder and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in the queso and cream and bring to a simmer.
Top with the cheddar.
Broil until light golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Garnish with the lettuce and reserved bacon. Serve with the chips and enjoy.
Substitute: Use ground turkey or ground chicken in place of the ground beef and remove the bacon for a healthier alternative!
