Is there anything quite as delicious and satisfying as dipping great bread into a flavored olive oil bread dip? Not in my book. There are so many ways to make olive oil dips for bread, but this one highlights garlic.
This garlicky Italian olive oil bread dip recipe is made with fresh minced garlic (measure it with your heart), crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a good-quality olive oil. Using a good olive oil is key to creating the best oil to dip bread in. The vegetarian and gluten-free ingredients are whisked together and ready to be served immediately.
Serve this garlic olive oil dip with sliced baguettes, Italian bread, French bread (try this easy no-knead French bread recipe) or your favorite bread. You could even brush it onto sliced bread and make garlic bread using it.
