The people have spoken: dad bods are sexy, celebrated and appreciated by both men and women! In fact, according to Planet Fitness, 69 percent of women find dad bods attractive and 61 percent of men with dad bods are proud of how they look. Also, 92 percent of men rockin’ the dad bod are also satisfied with their marriage.

These and other findings come from a nationwide survey commissioned by Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness, known as the Judgement Free Zone®, celebrates the dad bod and wants to acknowledge all those who have ‘em and those who love ‘em on Father’s Day, recognizing that these men should (and do!) feel comfortable in their own skin – rather than feel any pressure to aspire to a certain physique.
