When you’re a teenager you couldn’t care less about RETIREMENT. In college, your professors tell you to follow your dreams, as long as that leads you to a job with RETIREMENT. In your mid 20s you choose a job with the best RETIREMENT benefits. You’re supposed to. Right? At 30 you feel stuck. Unhappy. Anxious. You're bored. Waiting for RETIREMENT. At 65, if you’re lucky. My school loans might be paid off then.

STOP.

What makes money? PASSION. Remember the last time you were passionate about something? That burning feeling in your gut. That feeling that propelled you forward. You didn’t need a boss, a deadline or a retirement plan to motivate you to show up and deliver. Do that.
