So excited to be back in Minneapolis to see Julie Burton as she launches ModernWell, a fabulous new co-working space for women! Julie has worked as a fitness instructor, self-care expert and teacher while raising her four children (ages 13 to 23) alongside her husband of 25 years. Co-founding the Twin Cities Writing Studio in 2015 and publishing "The Self-Care Solution: A Modern Mother’s Guide to Health and Well-Being" in 2016, Julie’s life transformed. Inspired by the reactions from around and outside her writing table, Julie decided to create the brick-and-mortar ModernWell co-working space to empower women to connect with themselves and each other.
