Over 100 brands were on display at the 2nd Annual Chicago Baby Show, transforming Navy Pier into a sea of "must-have" products and trends. #30Seconds Live gained some insight from Mia Weber, the executive editor of Family Media and the Baby Show magazine series highlighting events in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles.

"Families love the products that convert into something else, that do double purpose," Weber explains. "Anything that grows with Baby is a really great investment. It helps you save money and is a little more eco-friendly."

Technology is really changing the landscape for new parents, too. "It's the world we are living in. So, a lot of smart items, things that have app connectivity. It's really an exciting time in the baby and pregnancy space."

Weber says she loves learning what's new so she can share it with readers. She tells 30Seconds it's especially fun when local celebrities chime in with their own creative tips and hacks.
