We know we’re safe at home and doing our part to help stop the spread of coronavirus, but social distancing and quarantine can be stressful. Some of us are not working or lost our jobs, thrown into the world of working from home, homeschooling kids, cooking more than we ever have, spending more time with our spouses, upset by the stats and COVID-19 news … All of this can be overwhelming, but we are all in this together and need to support each other.

It's heartbreaking to see so many struggle, while heartwarming to see acts of human kindness. That's what brings me hope. #30Seconds

Our community is doing a really neat idea seniors and it has given me ideas to do w some younger kids. Plus it helps my kids feel good about something they are doing. “Adopt a senior” and send them notes etc. Been really uplifting for all #30seconds

Ive been eating a lot of them also! I love oranges. I want to make an orange cheesecake (add some fresh squeezed orange juice) when i CAN GET to a store on my own and get the rest of the ingredients when they have them! lol #30seconds

Q. How are you handling your stress and anxiety? How about your kids' anxiety?

-Don’t be afraid to ask! Most people are willing.
-Take a mental break! I meditate daily and give myself 5-15 min dance breaks.
-Be patient. We’re human and we’re all on a learning curve.

I feel VERY strongly that everyone’s life matters and if we don’t/can’t test then we can’t sacrifice lives just yet. You can protest from your driveway! Doctors and nurses should be your source of education about opening up. #30seconds

I think people are afraid.—Afraid of illness. Afraid of jobs and afraid of their rights. Their livelihoods. most is counterproductive but I understand at the same time. Wildest times I’ve ever seen. Always thought we were passed all this ! #30seconds #historyRepeatsItself

The Gov talked about maybe raising some orders starting next week?? I think its wayyy too soon! #30seconds then after she got done talking.. a U of M study showed if raised too soon it could go higher than it already has if too much is lifted too soon
