Heading to the park with your kids? Make your time at the park extra fun for your family by trying one of these family-friendly activities!
- Actually play with your kids play on the playground.
- Take a football, baseball, soccer ball, basketball, tennis ball and rackets, or a Frisbee with you.
- Feed the ducks.
- Play a game of chase.
- If you have a group of kids, you can play Capture the Flag or ask several other kids in the park to play with you.
- Take a nature walk around the park.
- Ride bicycles on bike trail.
- Play tag or hide and seek.
- Have a picnic.
- Create a list of items to have a scavenger hunt.
Most important, you'll be creating wonderful family memories!
